Clinical Team:

  • Assisting the dentist to carry out procedures and delivery of patient care
  • Completing clinical notes as required
  • Processing instruments to Infection Control Standards
  • Delivering exceptional patient care

Front Office Team:

  • Delivering exceptional patient care
  • answering the telephone
  • productively scheduling appointments
  • coordinating patient flow.
  • Meeting and striving to exceed targets set as key performance indicators (KPIs)
